Are we grossly underestimating how much we need to save up in our pension pots to provide for an adequate living standard when we retire? Our survey of over 100 UK adults, paints a worrying picture of personal saving goals and retirement planning.
The headline results indicate we are prioritizing short-term savings goals like holidays and new cars at the expense of a pension or other forms of retirement planning. Despite the results it would seem that the majority of respondents are not worried about their standard of living when they stop working.
