The biography of Mother Teresa

Mother Mary Teresa was Roman Catholic nun and missionary. She was born in the Ottoman Empire. From a young age, she was impressed by the lives of missionaries who went to India to serve the needy. So, when she was in her teens, she become a nun and started teaching  the poor children of Calcutta, India.

A few years later, she quit her job and started serving the needy. Her goal was to provide them with all the help they would need. The entire world recognized her efforts to make this world a better place to live in. So, she was awarded the Nobel prize for peace in 1979.
